Express Sessions - 30 mins $88 (gst incl.) - Understand and remember a couple specific stretches or strengthening exercises for your pain which will help you feel better right away. This is a great introduction of how exercise physiology will benefit you.
Assessment Session - 1hr $150 (gst incl.) - To assess your body and understand what your needs and pains are. You will become aware of specifically what your body is doing and how to change it.
Initial Program Session - 1hr $150 (gst incl.) - To correct and strengthen your posture and how your body moves and holds itself. Learn how to release your spine, loosen your body, and move in a way that is more supportive for your day. Walk away with a detailed ‘micro-step’ program that fits your busy life, without the overwhelm.
Standard & Reinforcement Sessions - 1hr $150 (gst incl.) - To reinforce the new moves you have learnt, so that you understand and remember them. Or address other injuries or areas of concern. Plus using more ‘micro-steps’ to add in variety and to keep progressing and maintaining your results.
Private Home Visits or Pool Sessions
Above sessions are also available to be taught in the comfort and convenience of your own home.

Pool Full-Body Strength and Rehabilitative training sessions (deep water with float belt) are great for bringing balance to the muscles around your joints, to enhance return blood flow and healing, and to support your body for a full-body cardio and strengthening workout.
